Bookings

Reservations can be made by telephone, email, or using the "Buy Now" buttons on the website.

If a Booking is made for a course commencing within 21 days then the full Course Fee is payable immediately, otherwise a Reservation Fee is payable, charged at 20% of the full Course Fee.

The appropriate Fee should be paid within 5 days if the reservation has been made by telephone or email. If the money is not received within 5 days then the reservation is deemed to be cancelled. All reservations will be confirmed.

If a reservation has been made, the Balance of the Course Fee is payable 21 days before the course commences. Notification of the payment date will be sent with the reservation confirmation.

Payment

Payments can be made by cheque, from a PayPal account, or by debit or credit card through the PayPal hosted secure payment site. Cheques should be made payable to “M.C.Bone” and sent to the address listed on the Contacts page. If you wish to pay through PayPal you do not need a PayPal account, nor do you need to create an account. FarrowHouse Training will acknowledge all payments.

Cancellation

If you have made a reservation and paid a Reservation Fee, the following Cancellation charges apply:-

Cancellation more than 21 days before course commencement

Refund of 50% of the Reservation Fee

Cancellation 0-21 days before course commencement

No Refund of the Reservation Fee

If you have paid the full Course Fee, the following Cancellation charges apply:-

Cancellation more than 21 days before course commencement

Refund of 80% of the Course Fee

Cancellation between 11-21 days before course commencement

Refund of 40% of the Course Fee

Cancellation 0-10 days before course commencement

 No Refund of the Course Fee

Any cancellation request must be received in writing or by email and will be acknowledged by FarrowHouse Training.

Transfer

If you are unable to attend a course and wish to transfer your booking to a different date this can be done on one occasion at no cost. Any request to transfer a booking a 2nd time will be treated as a Cancellation and the Cancellation charges above will apply.

Any booking which is transferred to a new date must be within 12 months of the original course date or the booking will be deemed to have been Cancelled. If this occurs there will be No Refund of the Reservation Fee, or a refund of 80% of the full Course Fee, depending on which fee has been paid. This refund must be requested within the 12 month period as no refunds will be made after 12 months under any circumstances.

Course Changes

FarrowHouse Training will make every endeavour to provide the courses as advertised and on the dates booked. However, in the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled, FarrowHouse Training will provide a full refund of all monies paid in advance. Rescheduled course dates will always be offered and, if the customer wishes, the money can be used towards an alternative date.

Course Material

Course participants are provided with a comprehensive set of course notes in PDF format on CD. Images used during the course are not provided. In the case of Cancellation, course notes will be provided, on request, only if the full Course Fee has been paid and no refund has been made.
